Three months ago I bought a mattress and frame. Two weeks ago the wooden frame broke. I jumped through their hoops and a week later I called them and was told to “just sleep on the mattress on the floor “. At 75 this is impossible. I was told they had to order a new frame which would arrive in a week. After twelve days trying to sleep on the couch I went to another shop and bought a frame. At no time did sleep country personnel try to help me.
